What is your order processing time?
I make most of my trips to the post office on Monday or Saturday! You can expect to see your order shipped within a week of placing it.
I live somewhere other than US or Canada, will you ship to me?
At the moment due to Covid-19 and VAT I recommend all my customers who are outside of the US or Canada to order through my Etsy Store to better accommodate the fees.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
All orders at this moment are shipped through Priority USPS. You will receive a notification when your order ships with the tracking number.
Oh no! I made a mistake on my order address - can I change it?
Please email vivifx.art@gmail.com before your order ships and we can adjust your order manually!
Can I cancel an order I placed?
If you placed your order and it hasn't shipped yet please contact me at vivifx.art@gmail.com. I can go ahead and cancel it and refund you.
What do I do if my order is incorrect/flawed etc?
I pack all orders myself (or my partner helps) so sometimes mistakes happen. Please contact me at vivifx.art@gmail.com with a picture of what you received and I will do my best to send you the right item/replace the broken product.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept exchanges if there is something wrong with the product. Please contact vivifx.art@gmail.com if there is an issue!
Where/how did you make [x] item?
All our products are either produced in my studio (by me) or sourced from trusted manufacturers. I do not disclose manufacturer information - thank you for understanding!
Do you sell online anywhere else besides shopify?
The only other place I sell my work is my Etsy Store. If you see my work being sold anywhere else please contact me.
Do you sell your artwork anywhere in person?
I attend various conventions throughout the year where I vend in Artist Alley, or the Dealer's Hall. My up to date information on where I will be is available on my Twitter and Instagram
What does Vivifx even mean?
Vivifx is a hold over from my day's as an AMV editor, and has stuck every since. It's a play on the words "Vivify" and "FX". But now it just kind of is a word to describe me!
